When you contact us, we receive your name, email address and project details, together with your selected area of interest. You may also provide your company or brand, country or market, and the collection you are interested in.

Our enquiry form records the source page and collection context so we can understand your request. We also keep relevant correspondence when discussing it with you. Required form fields are marked with an asterisk; the other fields are optional. You can contact us directly by email instead.

Website analytics

We use Plausible Analytics to understand how visitors use this website, such as which pages are viewed and how visitors arrive here. Plausible does not use cookies and does not collect personally identifiable information. All visit data is aggregated, and no individual visitor is tracked across websites or devices.

How we use your information

We use enquiry information to understand your requirements, answer questions, discuss suitable collections or development options, and follow up on the project you have contacted us about. We also use information needed to manage our correspondence and protect the website and form from spam and misuse.

Services that help us handle enquiries

We use Webflow to host the website and process and store form submissions. Enquiry notifications are sent to our contact mailbox so our team can respond. Our email service provider also processes those messages.

We use Cloudflare Turnstile to help protect the form from bots and abuse. It processes technical signals such as IP address and browser information. Cloudflare also uses signals to improve its bot detection. Further details are available in the Turnstile Privacy Addendum.

Where information is processed

Our operating entity is based in China. Webflow states that it stores customer and end-user data in the United States.

Our website uses hosting and security services to make its pages and enquiry form available and help prevent misuse.

How long we keep enquiry information

If an enquiry does not become an order, we keep the enquiry and related correspondence for up to 24 months after our last meaningful contact. We then delete or anonymise it, unless a longer period is required by law or is reasonably needed to establish, exercise or defend legal claims.

If an enquiry becomes a customer or supplier relationship, relevant information may be retained for the duration of that relationship and for any additional period required by applicable accounting, tax, contractual or other legal obligations.

Your choices and requests

You can contact us to ask about the personal information we hold about you or request a correction or deletion. Depending on applicable law, you may also have rights to access, receive a copy of, restrict or object to processing of your information, and to withdraw consent where processing relies on it.
