What is DZ Ceramics, and do you own a factory?
No. DZ Ceramics is a development and sourcing partner, not a factory. We work with partner factories in Liling, Hunan, and manage development, sampling, production follow-up, quality checks and shipping for you.
Where are you based?
Liling, Hunan, China, one of the country's main ceramic production centres. Our registered company is Liling Dianzhong Ceramics Co., Ltd., No. 98 Lisan Avenue, Yangsanshi Subdistrict, Liling, Hunan.
What is the minimum order quantity?
In-stock collections have no minimum order quantity. For custom development, the MOQ is 1,500 pcs per shape, per colour.
Can I place a trial order?
Yes. You can place a trial order of any size from our in-stock collections.
Can I get samples, and what do they cost?
Samples from in-stock collections are free; you cover the shipping cost. Custom samples are developed at the buyer's cost.
How fast can in-stock items ship?
In-stock orders ship within 3 working days of payment, subject to quantity confirmation. Stock levels change, so please contact us for current quantities.
What is the lead time for custom production?
Approximately 60 days after sample approval, subject to order scope and production scheduling.
What materials do you use?
Our reactive glaze and solid colour glaze collections are stoneware. Our decal collections are new bone china. The material is listed on each collection page.
Are your products dishwasher and microwave safe?
Yes. All current collections are dishwasher safe and microwave safe.
Can you provide food-safety test reports?
Food-contact testing can be arranged for confirmed orders through testing laboratories in China. You may also test in your own market. Testing costs are agreed when we discuss your order.
How quickly will you reply?
Within 12 hours on working days (China time, UTC+8), by email or WhatsApp.
What are your payment terms?
A 30–40% deposit starts production. When production is complete, we send you photos of the goods, unpacked and packed. You pay the balance after confirming them, and we then arrange shipment.
Which port do you ship from?
You can nominate the port of shipment, or we can recommend one based on your destination and order.
How are products packed?
Unless you need custom packaging, we use standard export-safe packing. Custom packaging can be arranged on request.
