Most buyers can reach a ceramics factory within a day. What's harder is knowing which one suits your product, and having someone on your side once production starts.
Start small, then scale
Most factories work to order, with minimum quantities per shape and colour.
Start with any quantity from our 24 in-stock collections to test your market. When a product proves itself, we develop it with you as a custom order.
The right factory for each product
Every factory has forms and glazes it does well, and others it doesn't. That is hard to see from the outside.
We work with more than 10 partner factories in Liling and have followed many of them for years. We place each product with a factory that suits its material, form and glaze.
Someone checking on your side
A factory's job is to produce. No one there is checking the goods on your behalf.
We check production against the approved sample. Before you pay the balance, we send photos of the finished goods, unpacked and packed.
Updates at every stage
Long silences during production are where delays and misunderstandings start.
We update you at every stage of production, from sampling to loading, and reply within 12 hours on working days.
We only do well when your products sell and you come back to reorder. That is why we would rather start small with you than oversell a first order.
